In Chef mode, the oven autonomously controls all cooking parameters (temperature, cooking mode, and cooking time). Choose the type of dish, place it in the oven at the suggested temperature, and savour it once it has completed cooking. That is all!

Whether the cooking method is 100% steam or combined with (assisted) steam cooking, meat and fish are prepared to perfection and your dishes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Also great for making bread, brioches, cakes, etc.
